In the "specific" search, you can type a phrase and enclose it in inverted commas so that the term you are looking for is specifically located. In this type, the content is not sorted by relevance, it returns everything that fits your search.
In the search type "generalized", the order in which the content is displayed is relevant according to what you search for.
